9/11 Challenge
Saturday September 10th, 2016



Welcome to the 9/11 Challenge! This is our second fundraising event of the year and we couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with XLR8 Athletix again! We have set a goal of raising $10,000 that can be donated to local Police and Firefighters. We want this event to be Michigan’s largest event and we hope you will get a team together to help us write some nice checks for our local hero’s.

 

This event is comprised of 3 person, same sex teams. We will have an “OPEN” and a “Masters 40+” for both men and women (*masters teams must have all three members of the team 40 years of age or older. OPEN teams may have masters aged athletes on them). Programming will be inclusive rather than elite. Scaling will be allowed on any of the events, but any time that scales a weight or a movement will be eliminated from podium spots. We will have cash and equipment prizes for the top finishers in each division.

 

Workouts will all be released ahead of time, but expect some cool stuff to do downtown at this brand new location. Stay tuned for details. Registration closes 2 weeks prior to the event or when the event sells out, whichever comes first. Registration fee includes 3 event shirts.

 

There will be one written movement standard for this event, but scaling will be allowed.  If you do scale a movement your team is just eliminated from prizes. 

 

TEAMMATE(S) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you sign up for an event and create a team, you have taken up 1 team spot.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your teammate(s) complete their registration and pay their fee prior to the close of registration.  If by the close of registration your teammate(s) have not completed their registration, you will be charged the FULL REGISTRATION AMOUNT FOR THE TEAM.  All terms and conditions of our refund policy will apply.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once you sign up for an event 100% of all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Once you sign up for an event the MAXIMUM refund granted will be 90% of registration cost (i.e. a 10% service fee will apply to ALL refunds).  At 21 days prior to an event the MAXIMUM refund granted will be 50% of registration cost.   Once registration is closed, there will be NO refunds granted.  ALL refund requests MUST be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to info@lex-artis.net 

 

Price Guarantee Policy

We appreciate our early registrants and repeat customers. If you register for one of our events, and if we globally lower the price of the event after you have paid, we will refund the difference to you between the price you paid and the lower price.
